Abstract
How to Create a Custom Field in Create Service Request app and Crossover it to WOTrack App

In this example we will be creating a New Field in Create SR app and Crossover the data from that field to WOTrack app when you generate a WO from the SR app.
Create Shutdown Attributes
WORKORDER.SHUTDOWN
TICKET.SHUTDOWN
Save and Configure Database.
Create New Fields
On App Designer pull up CREATESR app
Create New field and Attach TICKET.SHUTDOWN as attribute.
To View the new Attribute in the Service Desk> SR app, Add it to SR app using application designer.
(You may also do so in the VIEWSR app)
Now test to see if when you create an SR that it will pass the data to the shutdown field.
Pull up the SR (Notice that the entry 'test123' is now in the SR that was created, this is the data that we will crossover to the Workorder)
Now add a new field in the WOTRACK app using app designer. Attach attribute WORKORDER.SHUTDOWN
Now using the OOB crossover app TICKET2WO, we will add the attributes to crossover.
Go to Domain app > Pull up TICKET2WO domain. Click on New Row.
Add SHUTDOWN to Source field and SHUTDOWN to destination field, Save.
Now to test if it works. Pull up the test SR (1204) > Select Action > Create Work Order
It generated Workorder 1256, Now pull it up in WOTRACK APP. And see that shutdown field from SR has crossover to Workorder Shutdown field
