Abstract

How to Change layers visibility and their info display through Layers Tool

Sometimes using Maximo Spatial, user will prefer to see only specific layers on the map in order to have a clearer perspective

In the following screenshot we can see that Hydrants, Water Mains and Water Lateral Lines are being displayed on the map.

If user wants to display only the hydrants, he can unselect all other layers:

In addition to that, user can also choose if layer info will be available or not

Check that the layer Water Hydrants is highlighted inside Layers Tool Panel, which means that Identify Tool will bring results from this layer:

But If we click Water Hydrants in order to remove its highlight, then we'll not be able to see that information anymore:
