Abstract
After LDAP is configured, users still get the Maximo login page

Some users reported that after you follow the steps how to configure the SSO, still getting the login Maximo page.

If this happens to you, I must warn that in some cases, this kind of scenario gets resolved if you follow some steps, as below in WebSphere Application Server console, of your Maximo Application Server.
1. In WebSphere Console, on the left navigation menu, click on Security
2. Click on Security Domains
3. Click on ctgDomain and switch SPNEGO Web Authentication from Customize (which was set by default during 7.6 install) to Use global security settings.
