A question I ran into today was how to change the default "Shared Resources" location that is used during the installation process.
When WebSphere Process Server is installed by the Launchpad, it automatically "imports" WebSphere Application Server into Installation Manager and uses a hard-coded default value for the Shared Resources location; commonly in the following form: "/IBM/BPMShared". This location is set during the first install or import of a product into Installation Manager and is shared with other related products.
