Abstract: We're re-thinking the IBM Support Assistant (ISA), and we need your help! In this customer feedback session, we'll focus on a new concept we are developing for ISA. We want to know how you currently perform problem determination tasks, and discuss what you need to be more effective and process problems quicker. We will share with you our vision for a more collaborative, more powerful, and more flexible problem determination system, show a demo of our early work, and ask for your guidance to help us change it to fit your needs. The IBM Support Assistant is a problem determination workbench which provides data collection capabilities, problem determination tools and problem solving guidance.
