just chcking how the portal guys do the estimation for portal project. I was used to work in servlet environment, Do we have any checklist or template to estimate the portal project using UCP or some other method...Thanks

Portal projects have some different steps than a servlet project. Joey Bernal is a consultant from IBM Software Service for Lotus and has a blog on this site. Perhaps we can get him to blog on this topic...
