My idea for how best adopt and use enterprising social networking solutions is through the use of workshops.
For the most part, employees are going to hesitant when told they are going to need to be checking and using a social network for their work multiple times a day. They are going to resist the use of it. That is why I believe small workshops run by experts are the best way to introduce employees to this software and make them feel comfortable with it. Employees would need to go through multiple of them. There would be ones that introduce and explain why the company is implementing this network. Then there would need to be workshops that explain how to use it and how employees can get the most out of it. I understand this could be difficult for a company that has thousands of employees, but the workshops could be video taped to allow more people to see it.
