1) DB2 9 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Transition (CG09) This is an intermediate course for database administrators, application designers, technical support, and technical specialists who require information about the features and function of DB2 9 for Linux, UNIX, and Wind
2) Query XML Data with DB2 9 (CG10)This is a basic course for end users and anyone interested in learning how to retrieve native XML data and perform text searching of native XML.
3) Querying and Administering XML Data with DB2 9 (CG13)This is an intermediate course for database administrators and anyone interested in learning how to handle native XML data in DB2.
Coming in 2007 is a self-study course to cover XPath/XQuery.
As for certifications, there are questions about XML built into the DBA and AD exams as part of the DB2 program, but no specific XML exam. IBM does have a certification stream for XML, but it wasn't designed with DB2 in mind, but it should still help verify the XML skills a person has. Here are the details regarding the exam: http
