The IBM Information on Demand (IOD11) Conference is a little more than a week away. I feel the excitement through the IOD Social Media Aggregator. If you haven’t been to this site yet, you should check it out. It combines tweets & blogs & photos from many different sources and allows you to watch some of the events via livestream. You can even sign up and make comments yourself. We always like to hear from people so come and join the fun!
Explore this site a bit… you can filter the content by contributor’s name, find all content for a particular topic, see who has been singled out as the featured contributor, and see who is the top contributor.
I’ll be located at the Conference Bookstore starting on Sunday and hope to meet as many of the attendees as possible! Come by and check out all the books that are available for a 20% discount. You’ll be truly amazed at the great books that have published this year, many just in time for the conference. I plan to blog & tweet while onsite, but normally I get so busy with the crowds that this is impossible. I’ll try though!
For a summary of the books & flashbooks that are being featured at the conference, see these two blog entries:
Whether you’re at the conference or not, you can stay in the loop with what is happening via the IOD Social Media Aggregator. Definitely a page worth book marking!
