The Self-Service Tool(SST) provides various administrative and development actions to set up, update, and maintain the IBM Order Management applications and environments. In this session, we went through a brief overview of the tool and covered various functionalities available like user access management, monitoring dashboards, commonly used processes etc. This was followed by a demo of the tool and Q&A session.
