IBM Sterling Order Management V10.0.0 is here

IBM Sterling Order Management V10.0.0 has been released and is now available for customers.

The version contains a host of exciting new features -Docker-based deployment ,Order Orchestration, integration with Watson Order Optimizer, Agent and Integration Server Dashboard to name a few.

IBM Sterling Store also have been enhanced to include Store clienteling and Manager dashboard. The order fulfillment flows, which were initially based on the Dojo framework are now redesigned by using the AngularJS framework. Additionally, important enhancements are introduced in these flows, which enable users to complete the tasks on a single page rather than navigating through a wizard.

Sterling Configure Price Quote introduces Data Driven Modeling (DDM) framework and Real-time product availability check and reservation

The improvements in Call Center for Commerce now allows you to embed the Call Center in other applications
