Abstract
How to start IBM Control Center and not start Cognos at startup.

In some cases a user may want to only start IBM Control Center and "not" start Cognos Reporting.
Here are the steps you can do to perform this action:
You can run installer and select option 2 instead of 1. Option 2 installs everything except Cognos.
If Cognos is already installed you can do the following:
Run configCC and in Cognos section, say N to auto start Cognos.
Or update installationInfo.properties and set COGNOS_AUTO_START=false
Then restart the application.
