IBM Companion Products and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Support

The IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) ships with and/or integrates with other IBM software products such as IBM DB2 Workgroup, IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM Aspera Enterprise Server and even the IBM Java SE Development Kit (SDK). Often times the SI support team is able to troubleshoot issues related to these products however there are times when the errors being generated are quite specific to one of the companion products. While these are not question outside the scope of SI as a best practice you should consider which product team is best suited to resolve your issue. There are times the SI support team may need to reach out to a companion product support team or suggest that you open a ticket with that product team. If you are either unable to or elect not to open a ticket with the companion product support team, the SI team is doing their best to resolve your issue expeditiously with the companion product team but we are relying on a totally separate support team to assist in resolution of your issue.
