Copying files with Emacs Tramp

I have finally figured out how to do this properly and this might be helpful to you.
There are two identical Unix server farms in my working environment --- Production and Development. Typically I would change a file and test it on Dev first and then copy over to Production. The pain is that Prod and Dev are separated by firewall and not only that the so called "functional id" is not directly accessible. I have to log on to the server with my personal account and then su to that functional id. So to copy over the modified file from Dev to Prod involves these steps:
With Emacs Tramp this can be done with one click just like copying local files and here's my configuration in .emacs
To access the file on one machine, C-x C-f and type in this:
This is also very handy when you want to compare (with ediff) the files between Production and Dev.
