Tony Pearson Tony Pearson is a Master Inventor and Senior IT Specialist for the IBM System Storage product line at the IBM Executive Briefing Center in Tucson Arizona, and featured contributor to IBM's developerWorks. In 2011, Tony celebrated his 25th year anniversary with IBM Storage on the same day as the IBM's Centennial. He is author of the Inside System Storage series of books. I got some surprising reactions to this one. One felt I trivialized programmers and glorified marketers. Not all programmers have the luxury to limit themselves to a single OS, and I agree with that. Certainly Orson's article was written from the programmer's view, and I tried to answer it from a viewpoint of having done both roles.<div>&nbsp;</div> Also changed "girlfriends" to "significant others" to be more politically correct.
