This week’s Sametime Sunday is about one of those features that I have taken for granted. The Sametime 7.5 connect client populates recent chat history in chat window. For example, I had a chat with Marshall Lamb, a Senior Technical Staff Member for WPLC in the morning. As I often do, I closed out the chat window when I was done. Later on in the afternoon I needed to chat with Marshall again. Once I opened up a chat window to initiate the chat, the morning's conversation was pre-populated in grey as seen below.
Of course this is a feature that I have the ability to turn off if I choose so. I find this helpful and can be quicker then having to go back through and search chat history.
