I attended the DB2 UDB for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Query panel on Wednesday at 5:30. There were lots of good questions handled by the panel including best practices for chosing storage strategies for large scale DB2 servers.
My final Eclipse / DB2 session went well on Thursday. All done for this conference (yea !!). It is always a juggle at conferences attending sessions, presenting at sessions, spending time with colleagues and customers, and (oh yeah) keeping up with the hoardes of email piling up in my in-basket. I finished up my upcoming DB2 Magazine article on Cloudscape v10.1 on the flight back on Friday. Look for the next DB2 Magazine and let me know if you would like more information.
My next events are centered around PHP. I am working on the materials and speakers for the upcoming PHP Workshops in Toronto, San Mateo, and Stuttgart. These workshops are free for any attendee so I would encourage you to come and learn more about DB2 with PHP if you can. The workshops will include speakers from IBM and Zend.
Being back in the office today (Monday) I had a chance to hook-up with Dan Scott regarding the PHP|Works 2005 conference that was held here in Toronto last week. Dan held a session at the conference that was well received. You will find the session at his website.. http://www.coffeecode.net/talks/
