Recently we implemented changes in our Service Request process and appliance entitlements. When opening a Service request using the Service Request Tool for your PureData System for Analytics Appliance, you may be asked to provide your machine type and serial number. Providing your machine type and serial number allows our Support Engineers to know exactly which parts are used in your Appliance, saving time and improving accuracy as we address your issue. Nearing the Final Fix date for Netezza Platform Software version 7.0.2 & 7.0.4
in Share FinalFix PureData System for Analytics (PDA), Netezza Platform Software (NPS) will be ending patch support for the maintenance releases v7.0.2 and v7.0.4 on December 31, 2015. This means that no more fixpacks or patches will be created for 7.0.2 or 7.0.4 after December 31, 2015.
