Session description: In this presentation, we will perform a comprehensive overview of the MDM v11 upgrade process. We will begin the session by reviewing how MDM v11 differs from our previous releases of MDM Advanced Edition and MDM Standard Edition from a technical perspective. Next we will outline the upgrade process and considerations on a high level. Finally we will discuss case based nuances to consider when planning your upgrade effort.

Speaker:  This topic will be presented by Lena Woolf. Lena is a IBM Senior Technical Staff Member and Lead Architect for the InfoSphere Master Data Management software development team. She works from the IBM Canada Lab in Toronto, providing architectural guidance to MDM development team members across the globe. She has over 17 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise software. In her capacity as MDM Lab Advocate, Lena helps customers to design and deploy MDM software in a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, retail, and health care. Lena's exiting new adventure is IBM BigMatch for Hadoop product, which helps customers extract and analyze social sentiments by matching enterprise customer profiles with social Twitter data.
