Abstract:

In this presentation we will provide an overview on upgrading from Initiate v10.1 to IBM InfoSphere MDM v11.4. The steps to upgrade the Initiate database to MDM v11.4, to point the new MDM installation to the upgraded database and verification of the upgrade process will be explained in detail.

Speaker:

This topic will be presented by Chitra Ananthanarayanan. Chitra is a Staff Software Engineer at IBM and works for the InfoSphere Master Data Management development team. She works from the IBM India Software Lab in Bangalore. She has over 10 years of experience in designing and developing software. Chitra has worked on using the MDM Event Manager and developing custom domains using Master Information Hub. Presently, she works for the MDM installer team and has contributed to using JDBC for data load during installation. She also has experience working with customers during MDM installation.
