Although it is hard to believe, we're putting our first Support Technical Exchange in the calendar for 2015 and we hope you'll join us!
Date and time: Tuesday January 13, 2015, 11:00am - 12:00pm ET
Our topic: IBM InfoSphere Information Server Support & Serviceability
In this presentation we’ll go over resources that are available via the IBM Knowledge Center, Support Portal, developerWorks, RedBooks as well as other sources to help you optimize your overall experience with InfoSphere Information Server. We’ll also describe the serviceability features in InfoSphere Information Server, then demo and go over the results gathered from our IBM Support Assistant (ISA) Lite based serviceability tools, which can be used to capture system configuration details, gauge the health of an existing installation and simplify the collection of log and configuration files.
Our talented speaker: Jim Tsimis
This education session will be presented by Jim Tsimis. Jim is a serviceability architect with the Information Integration & Governance team and has been actively involved with DataStage and Information Server since their initial release. He is a subject matter expert on DataStage job design and performance analysis and is the support lead for our serviceability initiatives.
