Changes to Service Request Process and Entitlement for PureData System for Analytics Appliances

Recently we implemented changes in our Service Request process and appliance entitlements. When opening a Service request using the Service Request Tool for your PureData System for Analytics Appliance, you may be asked to provide your machine type and serial number. Providing your machine type and serial number allows our Support Engineers to know exactly which parts are used in your Appliance, saving time and improving accuracy as we address your issue. Along with this change, we have updated the Product Names in the Service Request Tool to bring the names of the older N1001/TwinFin and 100-1/Skimmer models back into conformity with the newer N1001/100 names.
