When will be free pages available from Rebalance process?

We need to wait for Rebalance to complete in order to use free pages for container involved.

We can't make the Rebalanced page "free" when Rebalance is still in progress.

Example:
 
Two containers 0, 1,  each container/file size limitation is 4 extents.
 0    1

 2    3
 4    5
 6    7
 
After add two path into the storage path group, two new containers 2, 3
will be created and the new map will looks like :
 0    1    2   3
 ----------------
 0    1    2   3
 4    5    6   7
 -    -
 -    -
 
Before Rebalance is done, no new data can be written into container 2,3
as they are not ready yet.

When new data comes in during Rebalance, new strip set will be created.
In this case, most likely new containers/files can be created(one per
storage path where space is available).
 
When Rebalance is done, the new containers will remain as new strip set
starts from there.We may 'reclaim' some space back ( from previous container 1, 2 ) by
"alter tablespace reduce max".
