Abstract: During this Support Technical Exchange, you will learn how to set up basic DataStage users and understand a high level overview of the entire client server connection process. We will review each step of the process and what errors may be presented at each step. This will help you understand exactly where a connection may be failing and how to troubleshoot the issue to obtain a resolution.
Speaker: Julia Hirlinger has been working at IBM for over 16 years providing support in Data Warehouse and Quality Assurance testing previously. For the past three years, Julia has been in the ETL arena and provides support of InfoSphere Information Server DataStage at IBM.
