The procedure to submit feature request for InfoSphere Data Explorer (was Vivisimo Velocity) is change. Within the new procedure, not only Support, but customers can also submit the feature request to our product.
To customers who are new to these procedure, following is the steps:

How to restore critical administrative files with onbar utility?
