Expert Advice: InfoSphere Streams ODBCDBG Failed to set isolation level If you receive "ODBCDBG Failed to set isolation level" when trying to connect InfoSphere Streams to an Oracle database. This problem occurs because the Streams default isolation level for the query element is "READ_UNCOMMITTED". Oracle does not support this isolation level. Use "READ_COMMITTED" instead. you have installed. One is the dblicm tool the other is the

When creating a new instance. DB2 requires the group ID to fall into the range of 100-65535. If the group ID doesn't fall in that range the instance creation will fail. You will see an error similar to below. This means special care is needed for those systems with a large number of users and groups. Such as those who utilize LDAP, or Microsoft Active Directory.
