通过AFP 查看器操作Spooled File
如何查看IBM i上的Spooled File的内容？IBM Navigator for i提供了通过AFP 查看器 操作Spooled File的功能，通过这些功能可以方便的操作Spooled File。
一、安装AFP 查看器
登陆IBM Navigator for i，在左侧导航区选择“基本操作>打印机输出”，默认情况下显示当前用户所有的Spooled File，如图1所示。

点击任意Spooled File右边的箭头，右键菜单显示Spooled File的操作列表，如图2所示。
若系统中未安装AFP 查看器，点击图2中“安装AFP查看器”，IBM Navigator for i将下载并安装AFP查看器。

二、启动AFP查看器
安装完AFP 查看器，用户可直接点击Spooled File菜单中的“打开”操作，IBM Navigator for i将通过AFP 查看器显示Spooled File的内容， 如图3所示。

三、Spooled File的操作
AFP 查看器为用户提供了操作Spooled File的工具条，该工具条位于AFP查看器界面的顶部，如图3所示，Spooled File上方显示了AFP 查看器Spooled File的工具条。
AFP 查看器提供的Spooled File操作有：

2. Page Rotation，页面旋转。此功能可以旋转页面的角度，如图5所示。此功能还可以分页显示内容，如图6所示。

3. Reset View，重置显示。此功能可以取消之前对页面的设置。
4. Hide or show images，当文件中有图片时，可以设置隐藏图片，仅显示内容。反之，可以显示图片。
5. Select a rectangular area of the document，选择矩形区域。
6. Select text in the document，选择文本内容。 7. Copy selection to the clipboard，复制选择文本至剪贴板。 8. Go to a specific page，到指定页。如图7所示。

9. Find specified text string，查询。

10. Find next occurrence of specified string，查找下一个指定的字符串。此功能与Find specified text string协同使用，当没有设置Find specified text string时，此功能处于不可用状态。 
11. Display first page of document，显示第一页。
12. Display previous page of document，显示前一页。
13. Display next page of document，显示下一页。
14. Display last page of document，显示最后一页。
15. Display Code Pages And Fonts dialog，语言及字符类型设置，如图9所示。
