Special Support Portal features for the Software Accelerated Value Program users

If you sign up for the Accelerated Value Program (AVP), you are signing up for special attention and care from IBM. Working with your Accelerated Value Leader and others on your IBM account team, you can optimize your use of your IBM software products. With Release 4 of the IBM Support Portal, that special treatment extends to your experience when you sign into the portal.
Key new features of the Support Portal available only to AVP participants include:
Many AVP clients were previously using IBM Workplace for Customer Support (IWCS) a portal designed just for the AVP participants. With the addition of the new AVP features in the Support Portal, IWCS will be sunset at the end of August and its users will be redirected to the Support Portal.
So if you're an AVP participant, sign into the IBM Support Portal and start taking advantage of the additional capabilities created just for you.
