Which WebSphere Support Tools are right for you?
April 10-15, 2011 Las Vegas, NV | www.ibm.com/impact
IBM has a huge catolog of Electronic Support resources & tools
- almost too many! Which results in clients asking some of the following questions:
- Which ones really apply to me?
- Which tools are the most important for my organization?
- How can I access these tools?
- Where do I find help with setup or registration?
During this week long series of labs, the IBM Electronic Support team will be on hand to answer all these questions (and any other questions that you may think of!) plus help you one-on-one with setup and registration for sites like Service Request, My Notifications and Passport Advantage.
So drop into the lab when you can - we'll be there, ready and waiting to help you!
