When IBM deployed the new IBM Support Portal at the end of October, (full details here), we added a new feature under the "Common support links" area - a forum to help clients better utilize this new Support Portal plus all of the other numerous IBM Electronic Support sites and online tools.
Today's blog highlights this new forum, moderated by the IBM Electronic Support team.

You may find a link to the Electronic Support forum from the homepage or any product page in the IBM Support Portal - just look towards the bottom of the Common support links area.

How to use this forum
Join the discussions or ask a question in this public forum to collaborate with a world-wide community of installers, developers, architects, and administrators about using the IBM Support Portal and other IBM online support tools for your technical support needs.
For example: "How can I select a product in the new IBM Support Portal?" or "How do I open a service request?"
To participate in this forum, you need to complete our free registration form to get a developerWorks user name and password.
So visit the Electronic Support forum today - the answer to your online support question may already be there. If not, it's very easy to start a new topic!
