You only need ONE.. IBM ID and ONE... password to access any IBM Registration based application (i.e Support Portal, Service Request, My Notifications, etc.) Your IBM Registration ID is your single point of access to IBM web applications that use IBM Registration. Furthermore, your information is centralized so you can update it in a convenient and secure location. The benefits of having an IBM Registration ID will increase over time as more and more IBM applications migrate to IBM Registration.
For example: Support Portal is a free IBM tool customers can utilize without and IBM ID and password. However, we encourage you to sign in to gain access to enhanced features such as the ability to personalize your pages, view My Notifications, and review service requests in a consolidated view.
Register just once for your complimentary IBM ID and password. You will need to provide your e-mail address for the ID and a personal password. Once you obtain an IBM ID and password use the "Sign in" link to begin personalizing and downloading self-help tools.
