IBM Support Portal with it's links to Service Request, My Notifications, and Fix Central. And we also showed off the Technical Support Chat that is being added to the Service Request tools for Lotus products. As this chat feature gains traction it will be rolled out for more products so keep an eye out when you're opening and editing your PMRs online.
This week saw the rollout of the Support Portal to those of you who use the Information Management support pages. Now when you look technical support information for Informix, DB2, Cognos, and other products, you'll be redirected to the portal. Use the feedback link in the portal to tell us what you think.
We also gave a demo of the Support Portal to the Lotus Technical Information and Education Community this week. They had good questions and ideas for enhancements. One member of the community, Chris Toohey, posted this review of the Support Portal on dominoguru.com. Check it out.
