Hello Hermann, I've tested the JSON Schema Validation, too.
I'm on 6.0.1.4, so used draft 03.

 
My XML fw request/response types are also "Non-XML", but for my tests it was sufficient (or seemed to be sufficient) to enable the "Non-XML Processing" property in the processing rule. I didn't use the xform action you mentioned above.
I validate responses and a modified json result was properly rejected. Or do I miss something with my approach?

You are completely right, request type "Non-XML" and enabling "Non-XML Processing" for rule via Object screen is all that is needed, no dummy xform necessary.
