Here are the steps on how to use DB2 with TXSeries V8.1:
1)Download IBM DB2 Express C/DB2 Express Server Trial Edition for Linux from http
2)Set up DB2 on the SoftLayer instance where you have TXSeries deployed. Setting up DB2 mainly involves installing DB2 and creating the db2 instance. You can find information on installation of DB2 here : http
3)Configure TXSeries with DB2.
You can try TXSeries with DB2, using the “Cheese Sample” provided by TXSeries V8.1. You can refer to here for quickly configuring Cheese sample with DB2.
