Abstract
ICC 4.0 FP2 Domino Template Enablement fails during the initial set up or during an upgrade.

Domino Template Enablement may fail during the intial setup or during an upgrade with ICC 4.0 FP2 with the following errors:
The following error appears in the ICC initialconfig logs:
Domino template deployment with error: null com.ibm.afu.initialconfig.jobs.CASDominoTemplateJob executeTemplateDeploy] Worker-0 1]Exception [lotus.domino.NotesException]: null

Cause
This is related to design elements in the mail template in ICC V4.0 and V4.0 FP1, which can't be updated in ICC V4.0 FP2.
Resolving the problem
Use a copy of the out-of-the-box IBM Domino mail template (mail85.ntf/mail9.ntf) and rerun the ICC Domino Template Enablement to solve the issue.
