Alexandra joined IBM in 1995, working initially as a consultant and project manager for Lotus Services Mail & Social Software, and joined the Tivoli Workload Scheduler development team in 2007. Since then, she has been covering different roles, from development manager to support manager, with always a strong focus on building relationships with customers in particular with the Transparent Development program and other partnership initiatives (lab advocate, ..). She's native from Paris (France) but has lived in Rome (Italy) for 14 years now and loves travelling.
