When TRIRIGA was in its earliest designs, one of the main focus areas was to leverage web-based tools to improve process in Capital Projects. A huge problem in Capital Project management was the sending of data to suspected interested parties instead of bringing interested parties to the source of the project.  By centralizing the project management process, we could eliminate the many mini projects that various process owners might create and consolidate progress and timelines in a way that everyone would benefit.  This was TRIRIGAs lofty goal.
