Tririga Reserve - Data setup to create Meeting Reservation in Outlook

In order to create a Meeting Reservation in Outlook, first of all you need to create Spaces on Tririga application and then import shell scrips to create then  in Exchange Server.

After it you can follow steps above.

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook application

Step 2 - Click on Calendar

Step 3 – Click on New Appointment and enter a subject

Step 4 – Click on Tririga Reserve tab

Step 5 – Select Date, Time and a Space

Step 6 – Click on Book Selected Room. Rooms Booked for This Reservation is displayed filled.

Step 7 - Click on Appointment. To and Location are displayed filled.

Step 8 – Click on Send. Reservation Confirmation dialog is displayed.

Step 9 – Click on Submit. Calendar is displayed with the meeting appointment.

Step 10 – Close Microsoft Outlook application and open Tririga application.

Step 11 – Click on Requests > Manage Reservations > My Calendar. The Outlook reservation is displayed.

Step 12 – Open the Outlook Reservation create. A message is displayed that the reservation was created in Outlook.
