This is one of those topics we feel we can't stress enough. The End Of Support (EOS) for TRIRIGA Platform 3.2 has been announced for sometime now but, as time seems to do, it is flying by. On June 26, 2015, TRIRIGA Platform 3.2 ended support and no extended support options will be available. There are a number of reasons for this but in the end moving off of this or any earlier platform(s) is in your best interest. The good news is that upgrading the platform is a relatively painless process and can often be done in a day.
The construction of TRIRIGA is a product platform with applications built on top of the platform. TRIRIGA applications at the 10.2 release will continue to be supported (though they are slated for EOS in April 2017) but the Platform must be upgraded immediately if there is any requirement for support. Without a supported platform, the support team is unable to assist in any way ansering questions or providing solutions other than for upgrade specific tasks. What you get with this upgrade is supportability, the ability to apply patches rather than full installs, better security, new functionality and more. When you elect to do a platform upgrade, you should always choose to go to the latest Platform release since the Platform is always backward compatible with applications from previous Platforms. In this case, the latest TRIRIGA Platform is 3.5.1 and anything at the 3.2 or 10.2 version level is 5 years old..
