Want your building portfolio to star in energy performance? IBM TRIRIGA Connector for ENERGY STAR Benchmarking has the answer!

With IBM TRIRIGA Connector for ENERGY STAR Benchmarking, you can integrate with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Portfolio Manager tool to automatically send current environmental data on a scheduled basis and receive updated ENERGY STAR ratings for your building portfolio.

IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 10.3.1.1 fix pack enhances IBM TRIRIGA Connector for ENERGY STAR Benchmarking to support the upgrade of the EPA ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool.

This fix pack is now available on Fix Central.

The following enhancements are included:

  • New energy space type classification records.
  • New ENERGY STAR settings to connect to the EPA Portfolio Manager.
  • New ENERGY STAR migration functions to update existing Energy Space types to new energy spaces.
  • Enhanced ENERGY STAR validation to validate new ENERGY STAR schema.
  • Additional energy rating information in the Energy Rating record.
  • Energy units of measure can be converted to units of measure that ENERGY STAR accepts.
  • Added option to exclude zero-cost energy logs from ENERGY STAR submissions.
