Is TCR 2.1.1 compatible with DB2 v10.x?

If for some reason you need to upgrade your current TCR 2.1.1 ContentStore database to DB2 v10.x
Is this DB2 release compatible with the TCR 2.1.1 version?

TCR 2.1.1 uses Congos 8.4.1.

 Unfortunately the latest version of DB2 listed is v9.x.

 JazzSM and TCR 3.1 use Cognos v10.x, and with that version DB2 10.x is a supported database.
