Abstract
Report generation fails when commenting property urlprovider.local.portNumber

If unable to generate BIRT/Cognos reports through trcmd (CLI) script, please follow below steps
1. Go to <TCR Installed path>\tipv2Components\TCRComponent\lib\configuration
2. Edit file urlconfiguration.properties
3. Un-comment below line if commented
urlprovider.local.portNumber=16310
4. Restart TCR Server
5. Report generation should work fine through trcmd (CLI)
