Abstract
After uninstalling the JazzSM Reporting service (TCR), DASH fails to start with the following message:
"Starting WebSphere Application Server - server1 ...
/opt/IBMapps/JazzSM/profile/bin/setupCmdLine.sh: line 98: /opt/IBMapps/JazzSM/reporting/bin/setTCRenv.sh: No such file or directory
exit code: 1"
Body
1. Create a backup of the following file:
/opt/IBM/JazzSM/profile/bin/setupCmdLine.sh
2. Edit the file to remove the line that references the "setTCRenv.sh" file.
3. Save setupCmdLine.sh
Retry starting the DASH server process.
