We recognize that it can sometimes be difficult to locate the TBSM documentation to address a specific issue or requirement. The TBSM Information Center contains a significant amount of content with a range of guides to support the product. In addition to the Information Center, TBSM is also supported by a range of other sources that each provide detailed guidance and instructional content. In an effort to help our users navigate to the most appropriate content quickly, we have created a brief video demonstration of the TBSM documentation sources.
This video explains how to access the TBSM Information Center and how to navigate and locate content once you are there. In addition, the video also provides a brief overview of the range of other resources that are available when you are using and troubleshooting issues in TBSM. These include the TBSM support page, Service Management Connect and the IBM Education Assistant.
