Recently, a client had created a set of IBM® Tivoli® Business Service Manager (TBSM) dashboard widgets that were in fact representing event counts. These were simply widgets placed on a custom canvas, and as such - they weren't actually "receiving" the events themselves. This complicated the path they wanted to follow, which was to enable clicking to navigate to a list of the events represented by the widgets. The client asked how to configure TBSM to enable this click-to-navigate behavior. Since the answer was slightly larger than a breadbox, a paper and video was produced.
