A free training replay and presentation is available for TBSM v6.1 Troubleshooting Events.
This STE will covers:
- methods to troubleshoot status changes to TBSM service instances
- userID's (Roles & Groups)
- TBSM Event Environment- check configuration (Templates, Services, Rules, send testEvent)
- walk through event results in TBSM GUI
- Enabling Event logging
- Review log entries created from events (with event logging enabled)
- How to add Eventlogging filters
