One of GBS's primary analytics tools for tracking its social business performance a product by Google. Google Analytics is geared towards capturing the ROI on social marketing, however, its social-focused reports use a unique approach which also allows the user to customize the goal of the report.
Like other social-media analytics services, Google will show the standard click-through and visit metrics, but it also provides information on how many visitors 'converted' in terms of the previously specified goal.
