All you need to do is install Jazz for Service Management on the server you need to administer products, which includes Administration Services, Registry Services and Administration Services UI. Administration Services provides a platform to seamlessly integrate and manage the Jazz for Service Management (and non- Jazz for Service Management) products on a single platform. It has dashboard, which integrates all resources registered with Registry Services. You can register more than one Administration Services providers (on different or same machine to a central registry and manage from a central dashboard.
