Jazz™ for Service Management 1.1.2.1 fixpack comes packed with enhanced user friendly features

IBM has released Jazz™ for Service Management 1.1.2.1 fixpack. This offers a flexible, interactive and easy-to-use framework. This fixpack enhances the core features and ships with a set of useful plugins.

Jazz for Service Management 1.1.2.1 fixpack introduces the following new features:

• Reporting Services in Jazz for Service Management now leverages IBM® Cognos® 10.2.1.7

• The Console Analytics feature allows you to review and manage dashboard activity data. To view Console Analytics data, log into the DASH console and select Settings > Console Analytics.

• The optional DashTools package provides utilities that can assist you in debugging data, widget, and dashboard integrations in the console.

• The new Time Selector widget allows you to set a specific time range across the page, after which the subscribing widgets are updated.
