As you know already, Social Business is a new tool for businesses to do business socially. But how about the customers? Well today we find that Social Business Customer Service is a new means for business to handle customer needs.
An Examples would be handling problems/complaints, as a business you are able to read, store and analyze customer problems thoroughly and thus spit customer service that is unique to that customer. As business you can better comfort them in many ways that can't be over the phone of email and hopefully even increase response time. A good example is customer B is irate about a certain product of Company A and post on Yelp, twitter etc about the certain product, Company A responds back by messaging them what is wrong and what they can do to solve the issue, maybe offer a replacement, discount etc. Therefore the Customer B is Satisfied, and may post something good about Company A in the end
In the end, Customer Service can be much better with social business techniques overall.
